Welcome to Meditation Monday’s!  Meditation Monday’s allow you to come and meditate with myself once a week.  Creating change and assisting you to have more awareness and less stress though out your week.  What greater way to start your day and week then with a little meditation?

Grab a coffee, a cup of tea, juice, or water and come along!

Today we will be practicing the mediation of contemplation.  What does that look like?  It is not about sitting and thinking about all the crappy things we have going on, worrying about those few extra pounds, or that we are in lack in some sort of way, which is what most of us do when we contemplate.

The meditation of contemplation is to ask.  Ask a question.  “How can I create my life greater than I possibly imagine?” “What can I do or be different today to create my life greater than I can possibly image?”  “What grand and glorious adventure’s await?”  There are a multitude of questions you can ask.  These are just some of the examples.  Maybe you would like to create differently with your body.  It could be any number of things.  Watch the video below for more details

The key here though, is to stay out of conclusion.  It is not about having an answer, it is seeing what awareness comes up for you.  Possibly that awareness shows up in the moment, maybe it is later, next week, or next month.  Just keep asking and see how it changes your day when you stop concluding in your life and begin to stay in the question.
